Apple-oat crumble
You will need:
- 600g tart apples (peeled)
- 25g sweetener "use it like sugar"
- plenty of cinnamon
For the crumble topping:
- 50g whole grain wheat flour
- 50g whole grain oat flour
- 50g whole grain rolled oats
- 60g 61% reduced fat butter
- 50g sweetener "use it like sugar"
For serving, use your favorite Nick's ice cream!
How to make:
- Chop the apples and season with sweetener and cinnamon, place at the bottom of the dish.
- For the crumble topping, mix flours, oats, sweetener, and pinch in butter. Spread the topping over the apples.
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
- Serve warm with ice cream!
