Apple-oat crisp
You will need:
- 600g sour apples (peeled)
- 25g "use it like sugar" sweetener
- plenty of cinnamon
For the crumb coating:
- 50g whole wheat flour
- 50g whole grain oat flour
- 50g of whole grain oatmeal
- 60g 61% reduced fat butter
- 50g "use it like sugar" sweetener
Use your favorite Nick's ice cream to serve!
How to do:
- Chop the apples and season with sweetener and cinnamon, put in the bottom of the mold.
- For the crumb coating, mix flour, oatmeal, sweetener and a pinch of butter. Spread the coating over the apples.
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
- Serve warm with ice cream!
