Right of return

After receiving the order, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days without giving a reason. You can find the standard withdrawal form here - Withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal applies only to a private person.  

If the condition of the product to be returned deteriorates, the customer is responsible for the decrease in value due to the use of the product, if he has used the product in a way other than what is necessary to make sure of the nature, properties and functioning of the item. In order to ascertain the nature, properties and functioning of the item, the customer must handle and use the product only as he would normally be allowed to do in the store.

To return the goods, you must send an e-mail to info@njom.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods at the latest. 

The letter must contain the following information:

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return lies in the fact that the product to be returned does not correspond to the one ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective product).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier of the goods within the aforementioned period.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store will return to the buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal, all fees received from the buyer under the contract.

The online store may refuse to issue refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided evidence that it has returned the item, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Webshop, the Webshop does not have to return to the consumer the cost that exceeds the cost associated with the usual delivery method.

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer, if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to an error.
