Validity of sales conditions

The sales conditions apply between the buyer from the njom.ee online store (hereinafter the Consumer) and the company njom FOODS OÜ (hereinafter the njom.ee Online Store) when purchasing goods and services. 

In addition to these terms and conditions, legal relations arising when purchasing products from the njom.ee online store are governed by the Law of Obligations Act (hereinafter VÕS), the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter TKS) and other legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. Njom FOODS OÜ is liable for VAT (KMKR EE101912437) and all prices on the website include VAT. 

The delivery fee is added to the price.

The fee for the delivery of the goods depends on the location of the Consumer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when completing the order.

The online store njom.ee reserves the right to make changes to the sales conditions. The mentioned changes are reflected on the website njom.ee.
